What happens if my canvas arrives damaged?

We’ve got you covered. Under the Australian Consumer Law, we will replace or refund items that are faulty or damaged in transit. Please email enquiries@heritagewall.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. Important: Keep the original box/tube, as we need this to process your return!

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Because each piece is custom made-to-order just for you, we cannot offer refunds for a change of mind once the order is placed. If you’re on the fence about a size or style, please reach out to us before hitting "buy"—we’re happy to help you choose!
